Accelerate your Business (AYB) is a young dynamic company. It was specifically started to assist smaller companies to improve the level of financial information they have access to and to use this information to make valuable business decisions. The transformation of a function that traditionally produces “lots of numbers” to one that is really a value-add partner, has been on-going in the big business space. We initially envisaged a financial management service company that could provide affordable fixed price financial management services to smaller companies. The intention was that they could buy-in this service as and when they need it. What we realised over time was that as the business owners got used to having bookkeeping/accounting services “on steroids” the need did not subside and our contribution to the business became an on-going relationship which matures the finance department of the company. Our journey to bring BIG FINANCE (concepts and practices) to SMALLER COMPANIES has started!
Our team consists out of full-time and contracted-in employees. Their skill-set is perfectly aligned to the need of our clients.
All members of the AYB team are CA(SA)’s with many years of experience in senior financial positions in global companies. These companies include British American Tobacco, Parmalat and Deloitte Consulting. Operating in environments like these and exposure to this level of financial management, enable AYB to bring BIG FINANCE TO SMALLER COMPANIES!
